UPDATE ON SHIPPING TIMES -  HOLIDAY SHIPPING & COVID-19

Due to the nature of unprecedented volume increases, employee shortages, restrictions, new guidelines etc within domestic shipping and international shipping we have seen increases in delivery times for orders.

Please bare with us as this is out of our control and we appreciate your patience.

UPDATE Dec. 18 : First Class packages (our FREE Shipping method) is taking significantly longer than Priority in the US. First class packages are taking much longer to scan
and taking significantly longer to go through the USPS system. USPS holiday volume matched with covid-19 staff shortages,
transportation shortages and processes of filtering mail increasing is creating delays in particular for First Class packages. Priority mail is also taking longer than usual.

Additional European countries and Canada are affected. We are monitoring, but are unfortunately at the mercy of each individual country and their process.

US domestic deliveries are being affected, in particular First Class package shipments. Our USPS Priority shipments seem to be delayed but are still showing up faster than First class mail.

We apologize for any inconvenience and are monitoring. Thank you for your patience.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship all over the world.

Please check your junkmail/spam folders, sometimes our email ship notifications get flagged because of the word "list" in our URL.

For North American orders we ship USPS First Class and Priority. Order ship time (when shipped) ranges from 2-7 days depending on service.
Tracking information is provided with order ship notification. We have FREE SHIPPING on orders $30.00 and up (North America only).

International shipping is via United States Postal Service regular mail. 

Shipping time is 15 to 20 business days and no tracking information is available for international packages.

For international packages there is a chance your country will charge a customs fee or tax for importing the products into your country.
We have nothing to do with those charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. Each countries charges vary.


TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.

Once a package has been notated as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do from our end. Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS
(usps.com) for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we an do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.
We have seen examples where a package will scan delivered but will show up a few days later.

Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the package's location.
